The service at this place was incredible! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always anticipating our needs and surprising us with thoughtful gestures. The breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the views from our room were breathtaking. The complementary town transfer service was also very convenient.
There is nothing negative to say about this place. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

I absolutely loved staying at this lodge in Queenstown. The location is perfect, just a quick drive down the hill from the main area of the lodge. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially when I needed to drop off all my belongings. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom and stunning views of the lake and mountains. The breakfast options were delicious and the service was impeccable.
The only downside was that the SUVs provided for transportation were sometimes unavailable during peak hours.
